My adaptation is a safe, deep, long-lasting, fully conscious process which produces agreement within the self.
Clients remain in their normal awareness state while we listen to the Quiet Self,
which may be the brains behind our motivation in daily life. It can be quite eye-opening to participate, listen, and evaluate.
Most people have areas of disagreement within themselves which can slow down or prevent the change they seek.
