With Growth Process, we create a personal flow for you, a movement toward the changes you want in your life.

It's not coaching! This is something different. Your session costs will drop by up to half. Some of you will want to see me in person in NYC once a month and follow up with Zooms in between. Most of you experience your Series remotely, via Zoom, and that is a good way!

Blue Lotus Heart Healing and Self-Balancing is the most popular choice, for anxiety, disordered sleep, and chaotic thinking states. I have been offering this wonderful, gentle, effective system for 25 years. It's my own system.

Craft it for yourself! Growth Process offers all of my services and classes, which you may combine and explore.

12-Series: 12 sessions, 1200. Use within one year.
5-Series: 5 sessions for 600. Use within six months.

This is the perfect service for those like process but may not know where to start. Schedule at your own pace, once a month, once a week, however you like.

I am deeply studied in Jewish traditions of Kabbalah, which offers an adaptable creation story for your own beliefs. Over the last ten years I have read and discussed a large library of serious historical and current Kabbalah scholarship, in the work of Gershom Scholem, Moshe Idel, Joseph Dan, Arthur Clarke, Louis Ginsberg, Elliot R. Wolfson, Daniel Matt, J.H. Chajes, Zvi Ish-Shalom, Dovber Pinson, and many other very respected rabbis and scholars. Refer to the My Kabbalah Library tab on this site for a partial list from my reading. I take this very seriously as a life practice, and I can make it understandable and approachable for you at any level of your journey.

Your Spiritual Journey, 90 minutes, 300. One active session, one followup.

We review your entire perceptual, spiritual or religious experience, including possibly full sense perception, visions, or precognition, from your earliest memories to current day. Hearing yourself tell this story can be quite powerful. A week later, we revisit to discuss dreams, feelings, and understandings resulting from your experience.
